As a Chartered Physiotherapist I understand the importance of achieving core stability and being aware of your body. I attend Barefoot Pilates classes to maintain my own posture and to prevent any possible musculoskeletal injuries. I know that the Body Control training Elaine has undertaken is of a good standard and the class numbers are kept to below 12, with close monitoring of clients movements. I feel confident to refer my patients to her classes.

Clients range in age from 21 to 80, and (despite the above picture) you are not expected to be tall, skinny, flexible and female.....

I feel I have a much better posture and can improve it when I revert back to bad habits, I feel much better physically.

The classes are brilliant, and I've saved a fortune in treatment costs for my back! I wish I could have a lesson every day.
Teacher, Whittlesford

I love the systematic approach – you get a strong grounding in the basics before progressing to more challenging exercises. I’ve been going to classes for two years now and will definitely keep it up. It saves a fortune in treatment costs for my back and I enjoy it!
